I bought these for my mother for Christmas. She usually wears a size 9.5 Narrow. I read the comments on the addugg website and ordered a half size down (9). They fit perfectly.

Love these boots! I live on the snow belt and no other boot keeps me as warm, comfortable and dry. I was skeptical about the appearance of "ugly" Uggs, but as soon I put them on I realized why they were so popular despite the look of them. I am so impressed that for the 1st time women have given in to comfort over fashion. Your feet are surrounded in warm soft fur that makes you never want to take them off. And love that I can wear them with no socks! Every woman needs a pair to treat and indulge herself after wearing awful high-heels for so many years!Best Addugg!

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots and Heelys recently. If you haven't ordered from addugg, then you need to start. The website is user friendly, the customer service is outstanding, and the 2 other best things are it is free shipping, even if you need to return or exchange, the shipping is free both ways. The second other best thing is your order is received the next day, not in 2 or 3 days, not in a week, the next day! Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you need to exchange, addugg does not wait until they have your exchange in hand before they ship your replacement. Your replacement is received the next day. I can't think of a single negative thing about addugg! They are awesome!
