I ordered this pair of ugg boots exact and it fits fine.Perfect for all day way,keeps your feet warm,comfy and dry,I just love them.

I ordered these boots for my daughter. She was thrilled. The boots are exactly what she wanted. I am so impressed with addugg. This is the second time we've ordered from them and both experiences have been great. We received what we ordered in a quick and easy manner. I would recommend the UGG boot protector kit for these boots to keep them in top form.

My daughter wanted the classic Ugg shoes in gray and we look for at least 2 weeks and could not find any in gray. We even went online to the official site of Ugg shoes and they were sold out in gray Uggs. A friend told us about addugg so we called them ordered them online and within 2 days we had our gray Ugg shoes. We are very pleased with the service and product. We will always try addugg first. I'm a very happy customer.

I was very skeptical about ordering shoes online, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service provided by addugg. I knew of friends and relatives who had used addugg in the past and they just loved the company. I was very frustrated that I just couldn't find some Uggs for a gift and on December 15 decided to try addugg at my sister's suggestion. I never thought they would make it by Christmas, but they arrived on December 17! I will definitely buy from them again.
